Terms and Conditions

Terms for buying and using DrawSports PRO. Updated 8 September 2026.

1. Who we are

DrawSports PRO is a service of Basketouch Solutions Spain SL. These terms govern buying and using the service purchased on drawsports.app. By buying or using it you accept them in full.

2. What the service includes

• Access to the PRO features of the DrawSports iPad app.
• A web panel at panel.drawsports.app to manage your subscription and your team's licences.
• A number of licences according to your plan: 1, 3 or 5 users.

The app is a free download on the App Store. The subscription is what unlocks the PRO features when you sign in with the account that made the purchase.

3. Accounts and licences

• You must be 18 or older, or have authorisation from the organisation buying.
• The account uses the same email as the payment. That email is what gives access to the app and the panel.
• On multi-licence plans the buyer is the administrator and invites the rest of the staff from the panel. Each invited person takes one seat.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing or transferring them beyond your plan is not allowed.

4. Price, billing and renewal

Prices are shown on the plans page and include any taxes due in your country. The subscription is yearly and renews automatically unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We may change prices for future renewals with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal. Refund conditions are in our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

The games, analyses, whiteboards and other material you create are yours. Your work is stored mainly on your device. We claim no rights over it and do not use it for other purposes.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass licence validation or access features you have not purchased.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights, including rights over the footage you analyse.
• You are responsible for holding the necessary permissions over the video you use.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance or make changes that improve the product. If a significant outage is attributable to us, our refund policy applies.

9. Suspension

We may suspend access for non-payment, fraudulent use or serious breach of these terms, giving you prior notice unless the law or urgency prevents it.

10. Liability

The service is a tool that supports the coach's work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing above excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights.

11. App Store purchases

If you subscribe through Apple's in-app purchase, that relationship is also governed by Apple's terms, and cancellations and refunds are handled through your Apple account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts the law grants them are respected. Otherwise, the courts of the company's registered office.
